Brian O`Brien BComm, LLB, Dip Property Tax
Brian is the property partner, heading up the practice areas of residential, agricultural and commercial transactions.
A native of Thurles, County Tipperary, Brian graduated from NUI Galway with a BComm and LLB and qualified as a Solicitor in 1996.
With over twenty years’ experience in property related transactions, Brian also advises on succession planning, wills and Probate. An area of particular interest is Inheritance tax having completed the Law Society`s Diploma in Property Tax. Brian has been trusted advisor to many sole and family run businesses from start up to disposal including family transfers and asset sales.
One thing you might not have known about Brian – when not busy coaching youngsters at Clanwilliam FC and Arravale Rovers GAA Club, Brian enjoys playing tennis and golf and is a follower of horse racing.
